OUR MISSION
Revival was founded with the community and the environment in mind. We wanted to build something that focused on improving the condition of people’s skin and the way they felt about themselves. We wanted to do this in a way that focused on the community by cross-pollinating other local businesses—all while being environmentally conscious.
The whole concept of Mind Body Beauty was based on Jessica’s love for making people feel good, both inside and out. The skin is our largest organ and our first line of defense—why wouldn’t we care for it the same way we do the rest of our bodies? Don't neglect what makes a first and lasting impression or our self-confidence. Beauty comes from within and is radiated out. Let us help you find your best sense of self— naturally and beautifully.
OUR APPROACH

Although our holistic services and approach to skincare boast a spa-like feel, incorporating plenty of pampering, we take a very therapeutic and result-oriented approach to our clients, aiming to achieve a noticeable change in their skin.
During treatments we also like to include recommendations around nutrition and daily routines to guide you in improving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle for your skin, from the inside-out.

Just as you have chosen us, we seek a following that values us and the services we provide and believes in our abilities and expertise… as much as we believe in being passionate and the best we can be at our trade. SUSTAINABILITY
Revival strives to keep the most sustainable practices in place for our treatments by using non-toxic disinfecting agents. One is hypochlorous acid—a completely natural and safe disinfectant- the same substance your white blood cells produce to fight infection. It is 10 times more effective than bleach in killing bacteria. Given how effective it is at killing microbes, viruses (including use against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19), pathogens, germs, bugs, spores, algae, yeast, mold, and fungi without leaving behind harmful residues, hypochlorous acid is also used for preserving fresh produce. It is used in organic farming as an agricultural “wash.”
We also use compostable bags in our garbage bins to reduce the use of disposable plastics and utilize reusable goods wherever possible to minimize our consumption of single-use disposables, plastics, and other single-use items that contribute to the waste in our landfills and can end up in our rivers, water streams and ultimately, the ocean. We’re also sure to minimize waste by using bulk goods and refilling reusable containers for our non-toxic, bio-degradable, and clean hand soaps, dish soaps, laundry detergents, and other goods (a big shout out to our local refill store in Edwards, Fill & Refill ). Being in one of the most wasteful industries known, we feel we have to do our part to be mindful of Mother Earth… just another part of the *mind* portion of Mind Body Beauty. Check out TERRACYCLE

Jessica Ballentine, LA
Owner/Beauty Guru
Jessica is a licensed esthetician with over 23 years in the industry. She began her path towards beauty wellness in the San Juan mountains of Telluride after struggling for the first time with her own skin issues, at the age of 21. Her goal was to create a more integrative and holistic approach to beauty and wellness; for mind, body and beauty. She is striving to change the industry's “quick-fix” approach to skin care based on addressing the symptom, and neglecting to get to the root-cause of skin issues.
Jessica’s passion to incorporate nutrition, well-being and sustainability for the environment, as well as science and medical-based treatments, led her to creating what is now Revival, a boutique-style medical day spa. Wanting to break the mold of a clinical and medical setting, her goal is to create a progressive and positive vibe where clients can feel relaxed and taken care of. She hopes you enjoy your experience as much as she enjoys making noticeable and dramatic changes in her client’s natural beauty.
Jena Holt, LA
Licensed Esthetician, Certified Health and Life Coach
Jena Holt is a Colorado Native who received her Bachelors of Science from CSU and graduated Phi Theta Kappa with an emphasis in Cardiac Rehab. Following a practicum at the Heart Center of the Rockies and an Internship at the Colorado Athletic Club in Cherry Creek, Jena moved to the Vail Valley. She began her career as an Exercise Physiologist and transitioned from there to a Dermatology practice in the Valley. Soon realizing her passion for esthetics, she returned to school at Colorado School of Paramedical Esthetics. She holds certifications in chemical peels, laser, microdermabrasion, fractional resurfacing, dermaplaning, microneedling, Coolsculpting, Diamond Glow, etc. Jena enjoys working with problematic skin and watching the transformation of her clients skin health. As a licensed esthetician for 17 plus years, Jena has the skills and experience to bring beautiful skin and a youthfulness back into your life. She is also a Certified Health and Life Coach and looks forward to sharing a holistic, whole body approach to your wellbeing.
In Jena’s spare time you can find her spending time outdoors with family and friends camping, hiking and rafting. She loves all the outdoor activities this valley has to offer.
Lin Monk, LA
Licensed Esthetician
Lin has always believed that skincare is an integral part of overall personal health, and she found her calling in esthetics as a beautiful way to blend the two. She genuinely cares about each client, prioritizing not only the quality, health, and appearance of their skin, but also ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience from start to finish. Lin is dedicated to using high-quality, science-backed devices and products, and her approach is rooted in honesty and transparency. Her sweet and cheery personality ensures clients always feel comfortable and excited for their appointments, leaving them looking and feeling their best. When she's not helping clients glow, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, gardening, camping, hiking, and playing with her dog, Holly.

Medical Director
Dr. King embodies warmth and compassion in her interactions with patients, forging genuine connections that extend beyond the confines of traditional medical care. With an attentive ear, she ensures each patient feels heard and understood, fostering a sense of trust and mutual respect. She loves educating her clients so they can make the right decisions for their health and longevity. She simplifies seemingly incomprehensible scientific concepts, empowering patients to grasp solutions and actively pursue their health objectives with clarity and confidence.
Dr. King is a member of the Fellow American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Associate Fellow American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and Fellow American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. She sits on the medical advisory board to two cutting edge longevity businesses Theriome and Igniton.

Practice Manager
Lindsey brings a unique blend of operational leadership, creativity, and client-focused care to her role as Practice Manager at Revival.
After years leading operations at a well-established functional neurology and chiropractic clinic in the valley, and over two decades as a professional photographer, Lindsey brings a refined eye for detail, aesthetics, and the overall client experience.
Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Lindsey is a graduate of the University of Kansas in Lawrence and a proud mother of three. She’s passionate about being outside and living a healthy, intentional lifestyle.
She believes strongly that how you look has a direct impact on how you feel, and working in a space that enhances natural beauty in a thoughtful, intentional way is something she truly connects with.
