As part of your commitment to self-care, every Revival Membership includes unlimited access to our Yoga Studio and a 4 or 8 punch pass for the Sauna each month. These perks are curated to help you detoxify and find balance alongside your clinical treatments; please note that these specific benefits do not roll over from month to month and exclude specialty workshops.

Membership FAQ
How do monthly funds work? Your monthly membership fee acts as a credit in your account. If you don't use your funds in a given month, they roll over for up to 3 months before expiring. Our memberships are thoughtfully designed for clients who visit consistently—typically every 3 months for neurotoxins while rotating in a monthly "maintenance" treatment in between.
What is the commitment? To ensure you see the results you’re looking for, we require a 3-month initial commitment. After this period, you are free to cancel at any time.
Are there cancellation fees? If you choose to cancel before your 3-month commitment is met, an early cancellation fee will apply:
• The Revivalist & The Vitality: $100
• The Alchemist: $200
Can I pause my membership? Yes. Life happens, and we want your skincare journey to be seamless. You may pause your membership once per year for up to 3 months. We always make exceptions for pregnancy or other significant lifestyle changes—just talk to us, and we will work with you. Is a membership right for you? If you plan on visiting at least once every 90 days to maintain your results, the Revivalist is your perfect match. If your routine is more sporadic, our a la carte options may be a better fit.
And remember—each monthly payment acts as a credit you can use toward discounted treatments—or save in your personal Revival “client bank” to use on any service within the 3-month period.
